Fr Canice Dooley is the parish priest of St John Bosco parish in Gauteng
and Rector of the local community. His parish celebrates its Golden Jubilee
later this month.
Fr George Gallagher now in his 80's - now retired, he lives at the
Salesian Institute in Cape Town and does supply work when he can. Still

Fr Ivo Pisacane - recently transferred back to Walkerville (Daleside)
in Gauteng where he was first posted to in 1959 - he continues to be active
in supply work and celebrating Mass for the young people who attend the
various youth programs. Always known as a handyman - he does lots of odds jobs around the house there and is always busy..

Fr Michael Power is the other clerical half of the parish team of St
John Bosco. He and Canice have always got on well together and run a great

Vincent Ford - recently celebrated in July his Golden Jubilee of
ordination. He is the assistant priest in the parish of Our Lady help of
